Please note! Xpert Suite is not an e-mail program. So you cannot mail from Xpert Suite. However, it is possible to e-mail documents from Xpert Suite. Furthermore, you can also send messages from Xpert Suite.


Email management consists of several components:


  • E-mail templates

    • This is the old version for editing and creating the content of e-mails sent from the system. These days, we recommend using message templates for this. You can find out how to do this here:

  • Message templates

    • Here you can send an email or SMS based on 3 actions. In these templates, you can also configure the layout and content of the emails sent in response to the actions. Messages can be sent in response to the following actions:
      • Message signal task
        • This action is triggered when a selected task that has the 'email signal' type is opened.
      • Report send e-mail
        • It executes this action in response to a report mailing.
      • Triggers or events
        • This action is performed after a chosen trigger or event.
  • E-mail master templates 

    • Here you can change the formatting of your mails that are sent out. This is mainly about the visual part of the mail. So you can change the content in message or e-mail templates.
  • Messages

    • Here you can see an overview of messages sent and whether they have been delivered.
  • Standard contact details

    • Here you can add the standard contact details.
  • Mailserver management 

    • Hier kun je je externe mailserver in koppelen.
  • Standard message management

    • For pre-completed dialogues for safe communication in DialoogXpert.
  • E-mail users in case of urgent tasks

    • System e-mails regarding outstanding urgent tasks.
