MEDICAL USERS AND DOCUMENTS

Introduction

There are two ways in which users can be medically authorized. Medical users (the user itself) and medical file access (in principle part of the role).

Regarding consultation documents, a document is considered medical when it is not in the Workflow Case file (whether it is in the medical file is not relevant).

Regarding consultation documents, if you have access to the medical dossier (and are authorized for the employee, project, and document), you are allowed to see the existence of the document in the file. But only if you are also a medical user, you are allowed to see the content of the document.
