On this page you can find information regarding the XS Absence module.
Trigger condition
Employee has more than X absences this calendar year of sub characteristic Z:
- In order to monitor how often an employee has had a one-day illness and to be able to act on it, the trigger condition 'Employee has more than X absences this calendar year of sub characteristic Z' exists. An extension of this condition has been made so that one-day illnesses do not count if they fall within another absence. When setting the trigger condition, an extra value can be given in the text field. In addition to the value for X and Y, you can indicate whether or not it should be overlapping. At 0, overlapping reports are not considered. In the case of 1, this will be checked and the absence period will not count. For all existing triggers that contain these trigger conditions, this will be set to 0 by default. An example of how this trigger can be set in the free text field is '3|one-day sickness|1', where it is indicated that the condition is sufficient if there are at least 3 absences with sub-attributes one-day sickness that does not overlap with another absence.
