Within label management you can add and/or remove new labels. A user must be authorized for this. Authorizing users for label management can be found in Management > User administration > [Select User/User Group] > Authorisations > Customisation > Manage feature authorisations for customisation.

Within Label management, new labels can be created or existing labels can be managed.

For example, you can activate the label and which corporate identities/house styles should be used for the layout of Xpert Suite itself and for emails and documents. Website layout and e-mail layout need to be configured by Otherside based on the house style manual. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for this. Document templates can be customized by yourself. Headers and footers can be adjusted here. In order to implement the changes in the new documents, the document style of a document template must be changed to Default style.

You can also link an employer group and limit the permitted services.

Link label to employer

It is also possible to set up 'labels' so employers who are assigned such a label, must also automatically be placed in one or more employer groups. This saves input work for application managers of new customers. Configurating the default employer groups can easily be done within label management.

When an employer is linked to a label, the application will automatically suggest linking the employer to the configured groups as well.

When changing labels, it is also asked whether the employer should also be removed from any employer groups that belonged to the previous label.

Link label to a user

Within user management, a user can be linked to an employer. The label set by the employer is then applied to this user. This ensures that, for example, emails about a password reset are sent in the correct styling.

You can only link users to an employer, this is not possible for a user group. This means that you have to manually make the connection with every new user.

Go to User administration, find the right user and click on it. Next, go to the User data tab, check that the user is an employee user, and find the correct employer. Click Save to establish the link.

Please note! If you want new users to receive the e-mail for the first time in the correct house style, when creating the users, set the account to be active starting from tomorrow. After this, link the user to the employer. Xpert Suite will only send the email for first login the next day, so the house styling will apply immediately.
